Terms of Use
By using SubscribeM you agree to these Terms. In-app purchases are also subject to Apple’s terms.
1. The service
SubscribeM is a personal subscription expense tracker and reminder helper. It does not charge third-party services on your behalf. Rates, stats, and reminders are informational only.
2. Free tier & SubscribeM Pro
The free tier includes basic tracking with a limit on active subscriptions (currently up to 5; as shown in-app). Pro unlocks features such as unlimited active items, advanced analytics, app lock, and JSON/CSV backup (as shown in-app).
3. Purchases & auto-renewal
Example product IDs: com.huazi.SubscribeM.pro.yearly (auto-renewable),
com.huazi.SubscribeM.pro.lifetime (non-consumable). Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period (per Apple rules).
Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in the app when needed.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt the service beyond what law permits.
6. Intellectual property
SubscribeM branding and software are protected. Third-party service names in presets are for identification only and do not imply affiliation.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee notification delivery, rate accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to amounts you paid for Pro via Apple in the 12 months before the claim (or zero for free users).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page.
