Privacy Policy
This policy describes how information relates to SubscribeM. The current version does not operate user accounts and does not collect your subscription bill details on developer-operated servers. In-app purchases are processed by Apple.

2. What data is involved
2.1 Content you enter on device (local)
- Subscription names, prices, currencies, cycles, dates, notes, payment method labels, links, etc.;
- Preferences (base currency, theme, reminder times, app lock toggle, etc.).
This data is stored in the app sandbox on your device by default and is not uploaded to servers we operate (no iCloud/CloudKit sync in the current version).
2.2 What we do not collect
- No contacts, precise location, or photo library access for tracking;
- No advertising or third-party tracking SDKs / IDFA advertising tracking;
- No sign-in is required for core features.
3. Network requests
When you update exchange rates, the app may send HTTPS requests to a public rates API (e.g. exchangerate-api.com) to obtain reference conversion rates.
- Requests do not include your bill details or personal identity fields;
- The third party may still observe standard network metadata (IP, time, User-Agent);
- Rates are for reference only and are not financial advice.
4. In-app purchases
SubscribeM Pro purchases are processed by Apple via App Store / StoreKit. Payment, billing, refunds, and subscription management follow Apple’s terms.
5. Biometrics & app lock (Pro)
Face ID / Touch ID / device passcode authentication is performed by iOS LocalAuthentication. The app does not store biometric templates or your device passcode.
6. Local notifications
Reminders use on-device UserNotifications based on data you entered. They are not used to upload bills to our servers.
7. Backup & export (Pro)
If you export JSON/CSV or share files via the system share sheet, data goes to destinations you choose. Backups are structured plaintext—handle them carefully.
8. Retention & deletion
Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app (subject to iOS behavior). Because we do not host your bill account data, there is generally no cloud bill deletion request. Emails you send us are handled under ordinary email practices.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 for collecting personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and revise the “Last updated” date on this page.
