Terms of Use
1. The service
DoMosaic is a mobile application that helps you redact faces, text, barcodes, and certain private-information patterns in photos using on-device processing. Free features and optional paid Pro features may change over time.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App except as allowed by law.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You are responsible for photos you import, capture, process, and share.
- You must have the rights needed to process and export images you use in the App.
- You must not use the App for unlawful purposes, including violating others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Redaction is a best-effort assistive tool. Detection may miss regions or produce imperfect results. You should review outputs before sharing, especially for legal, medical, or high-stakes uses.
4. Free and Pro features
The free tier includes core on-device redaction with limits (for example, batch size). DoMosaic Pro may unlock additional capabilities such as larger batch processing, immersive styles, scene templates, custom keywords/rules, and saved templates/history, as described in the App.
Feature availability may vary by version. We may adjust free/Pro boundaries with reasonable notice via App updates or store listing changes.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Pro access may be offered as:
- Auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g. monthly, yearly)
- One-time non-consumable purchase (lifetime unlock, if offered)
Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase through the App Store.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate.
Manage / cancel. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (path may vary by iOS version). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Restore. Use “Restore Purchases” in the App to restore eligible purchases on the same Apple ID.
Pricing. Prices are shown in the App Store / purchase sheet in your local currency where available. Taxes may apply as determined by Apple.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies, not by us directly.
6. No account required
The App does not require creating a separate DoMosaic account. Entitlements are tied to your App Store purchase and related subscription validation services.
7. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and related materials are owned by Huazi or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any IP to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
8. Third-party services
The App uses Apple frameworks and services and may use RevenueCat for subscription status. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that detection or redaction will be complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific legal or compliance requirement.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, THE MINIMUM REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW).
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, in-app or store notices. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.

If you acquired the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Huazi, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of the right to enforce these Terms against you regarding your use of the App.

2. 许可
我们授予你个人、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，使你在遵守 App Store 使用条款的前提下，于你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用。除法律允许外，你不得对本应用进行反向工程、再分发或滥用。
3. 你的内容与责任
- 你对导入、拍摄、处理与分享的照片自行负责。
- 你须确保对在本应用中使用的图片拥有必要权利。
- 不得将本应用用于违法目的，包括侵犯他人隐私或知识产权。
- 打码为尽力而为的辅助工具，检测可能遗漏区域或效果不完美。分享前请自行检查结果，尤其在法律、医疗或高风险场景。
4. 免费与 Pro 功能
免费版包含核心本地打码能力并可能有限制（例如批量张数）。DoMosaic Pro 可能解锁更大批量、沉浸式样式、场景模板、自定义关键词/规则、历史与模板保存等，具体以应用内说明为准。
功能随版本可能变化。我们可能通过应用更新或商店信息调整免费/Pro 边界。
5. 订阅与购买
Pro 可能以下列方式提供：
- 自动续期订阅（如月付、年付）
- 一次性非消耗型购买（如提供终身解锁）
付款。费用在你确认购买时，通过 App Store 记入你的 Apple ID 账户。
自动续订。订阅将自动续期，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。账户将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内按届时价格收取续订费用。
管理/取消。请在 iOS「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消（路径可能因系统版本略有不同）。删除应用不会取消订阅。
恢复购买。请在应用内使用「恢复购买」，在同一 Apple ID 下恢复符合条件的购买。
价格。价格以 App Store / 购买表在你所在地区显示的为准，税费由 Apple 规则确定。
退款。退款请求由 Apple 按其退款政策处理，我们不直接处理支付退款。
6. 无需单独账号
本应用无需注册独立的 DoMosaic 账号。权益与 App Store 购买及订阅校验服务关联。
7. 知识产权
本应用、品牌及相关材料归 Huazi 或其许可方所有。本条款不向你转让任何知识产权。你提供的反馈可用于改进产品，且无需向你承担额外义务。
8. 第三方服务
本应用使用 Apple 框架与服务，并可能使用 RevenueCat 进行订阅状态校验。你使用该等服务时亦受其适用条款与政策约束。
9. 免责声明
本应用按「现状」和「可用」基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示担保，包括适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权。我们不保证检测或打码完整、无误，或满足任何特定法律/合规要求。
10. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或数据、利润、商誉损失不承担责任。与本应用相关的全部赔偿责任上限为索赔发生前十二（12）个月内你就本应用向我们支付的金额（或适用法律要求的最低金额，以较高者为准）。
11. 变更与终止
我们可能更新本条款或停用部分功能。重大变更将更新文首日期，并在适当时通过应用或商店告知。若你违反本条款或适用法律，我们可能暂停或终止访问。
12. 适用法律
本条款受发布方所在地适用法律管辖（不考虑冲突法规则），但你所在地强制性消费者保护规定另有规定的除外。若你是消费者，亦可能享有居住地法律赋予的权利。

若你通过 Apple App Store 获取本应用，你确认本条款成立于你与 Huazi 之间，而非与 Apple 之间；Apple 不对本应用或其内容负责。就你对本应用的使用，Apple 是本条款的第三方受益人，有权对你强制执行相关权利。
